The chakras are your access to the energy around you. They take in needed energy, and expel unwanted energy. They open and close to allow you to interact with, or close down from, your environment. On the physical level, I seek to release areas of stagnant or blocked energy, and clear areas with heat, pain or inflammation. Emotional Healing & Release
Emotional wounds and trauma leave energetic imprints that affect our wellbeing. This work supports the release of grief, fear, anger, and long-held patterns, making space for renewal and new perspectives. During this session we will explore the source of these emotional wounds and coax them to the surface so they can be released from the body. I will carefully guide you through this process as gently as possible - but these session ARE very emotional. This is deep healing work, and more than one session will be needed. We live in a very crowded world. Even as we strive to surround ourselves with positive experiences, we are susceptible to negative energy and entity attachment. And even with good personal cleansing regimens - we may fall prey. You might find yourself unusually bogged down, or foggy headed. You might experience pain, stiffness, itchiness or even a feeling that something is crawling around on you. You expect to swipe off a bug, but nothing’s there. When we endure trauma or significant loss, parts of our soul can shatter and break away, seeking shelter and safety in the astral realms.
